The Lightning Bear's Secret

Lila loved to explore the forest behind her house. Her curly brown hair bounced as she skipped along the mossy path. Today, she was going to be a spy!

"I'll discover all the forest's secrets," she whispered to herself.

Suddenly, the sky darkened. Zap! A bolt of lightning crackled across the clouds. Lila ducked under a giant oak tree, but she spotted something amazing—a bear with fur that shimmered like lightning!

The bear didn't look scary. It looked sad. It limped toward a small stream, but the water had dried up.

"Oh no," said Lila, coming out from her hiding spot. "You need help!"

The bear nodded. Its sparkling fur glowed warmly. Lila realized she hadn't been spying on the forest—she'd been meant to find a friend.

She led the bear to a hidden spring deeper in the woods. The cool water made the bear's eyes shine with gratitude. It dipped its paw in the stream and splashed water joyfully.

"Thank you," the bear seemed to say without speaking. It touched Lila's hair with its paw, and suddenly she understood—this was no ordinary bear. It was the forest's guardian, and the lightning in its fur was magic!

From that day on, Lila visited her friend. She learned that the best adventures aren't about spying or discovering secrets—they're about helping others and making friends.

And whenever she saw lightning streak across the sky, she knew her magical friend was watching over the forest, ready to help anyone in need.
