The Lightning Bear's Magical Friend
Lily loved her wild curly hair. It bounced when she ran and sparkled in the sun. But her favorite thing was the old oak tree in her backyard, where she'd sit and dream.
One stormy night, lightning flashed! A giant bear appeared under the tree. But this wasn't a scary bear — he glowed with golden light from the lightning that had struck him.
"I'm Spark!" the bear rumbled gently. "The lightning magic brought me to life, but I'm lonely."
Lily reached out her palm, and Spark placed his glowing paw in her hand. "I'll be your friend!"
They danced through the rainy night, Spark's fur lighting up the darkness like a magical lantern. Lily showed him her garden, where something strange was happening.
Near the palm tree, a stuffed zombie toy Lily had forgotten was moving! The lightning magic had brought it to life too, but it was confused and wobbly.
"He's not scary," Lily said. "He's just lost."
Spark and Lily helped the little zombie friend find his footing. They named him Zippy, and together the three new friends played until dawn.
Lily learned something important: sometimes things that seem strange or scary just need a friend to help them find their way. And the best magic of all? The magic of friendship.
Now every stormy night, Lily, Spark, and Zippy have lightning adventures, proving that with an open heart and a helping hand, anyone can be a friend.
