The Hat That Whispered Secrets

Leo had the messiest hair in second grade. Every morning, his mom tried to tame it with brushes and bows, but his brown curls always popped right back up, bouncing like excited little springs.

One Saturday, while visiting his grandmother, Leo discovered something in her dusty attic - a floppy purple hat with silver stars stitched around the brim.

When Leo placed the hat on his wild hair, something extraordinary happened. The hat let out a tiny yawn.
