The Goldfish Who Could Run

Mia loved her orange goldfish, Goldie, who lived in a glass bowl on her nightstand. Every night, Goldie would swim in circles, staring at Mia's running shoes. She knew he wished he could run on land too.

One sunny morning, Mia's grandma came to visit. She was a scientist who studied special vitamins for animals. "What's wrong with Goldie?" Grandma asked, noticing the fish looked sad.

"He wants to run," Mia said. "I see him watching my running shoes every day."

Grandma smiled mysteriously. "I have something special." She pulled out a small purple bottle. "This is a Dream Vitamin I discovered. It helps creatures follow their biggest dreams."

That night, Mia carefully dropped one tiny vitamin into Goldie's bowl. The water sparkled with rainbow colors! Goldie ate it excitedly.

Suddenly, Goldie began to glow! He grew two tiny legs and hopped right out of his bowl! "Mia!" the fish squeaked. "I can run!"

Goldie and Mia spent the whole night running through the house. They raced down the hallway, danced around the kitchen table, and even practiced jumping over toys. Goldie's scales shimmered like tiny stars.

"This is the best adventure ever!" Goldie cheered, running circles around Mia's feet.

But as morning approached, Goldie's legs began to fade. "I'm so tired," he yawned. The magic of the Dream Vitamin was wearing off.

Mia gently placed Goldie back in his bowl. "You were the fastest fish ever," she whispered.

Goldie swam happily, his scales still glowing slightly. "Thank you for helping me chase my dream, Mia. That was worth more than all the gold in the world."

The next day, Mia started running with Goldie's picture in her pocket. She knew that with enough courage and the right friends, even fish can learn to run. Sometimes, the most impossible dreams come true when someone believes in you.
