The Goldfish Secret

Lily peered into her fishbowl, watching Finnegan swirl through the water. He wasn't an ordinary goldfish—his scales shimmered like tiny rainbows. Every morning, Lily sprinkled his food, but today something magical happened.

Finnegan swam to the surface and blew a bubble. Inside it was something glowing—a tiny blue vitamin!

"For you," Finnegan seemed to say with a wink.

Lily popped the vitamin into her mouth. Suddenly, her fingers began to sparkle! She could hear whispers from everywhere. She became a secret agent, a spy for friendship!

At school, Lily spotted her best friend Mateo sitting alone at the baseball field. His head was down. Lily crept closer, using her new spy powers to hear what he was thinking.

"I'll never make the team," Mateo whispered.

Lily knew what to do. She used her sparkle magic to create the most magnificent baseball anyone had ever seen. It glowed softly, leaving trails of light as it flew through the air.

"Try this," Lily said, handing it to Mateo.

Mateo's eyes widened. He threw the ball—and WHOOSH! It curved beautifully, landing right in the glove of the baseball coach.

"Amazing!" the coach shouted. "You're on the team!"

Mateo hugged Lily. "You're the best friend ever."

That night, Lily sprinkled extra food for Finnegan. The goldfish did a happy flip, his rainbow scales flashing in the moonlight. Some secrets are worth keeping—especially the magical ones between friends.
