The Golden Pyramid Surprise

Lily loved two things more than anything else: playing baseball and solving mysteries. Every Saturday, she and her best friend Toby would meet at the park for their favorite game. But today was different.

"Look at that!" Toby pointed to the old oak tree. Behind it, something glittered in the sunlight.

Lily crept closer, feeling like a spy on a secret mission. What she found made her gasp—a perfect golden pyramid no bigger than her baseball glove. Strange symbols covered its sides, and when she touched it, the pyramid hummed with warmth.

"It's magical," Toby whispered.

Suddenly, the pyramid popped open! Inside sat a tiny baseball that glowed like a firefly. A message appeared in the air above it: 'Only teamwork will reveal the treasure.'

Lily and Toby exchanged excited looks. "We need to work together!" Lily said.

They decided to play catch with the magical baseball. Every time they threw it back and forth, the pyramid grew brighter. After ten throws, sparkling fireworks burst from the pyramid, forming words in the sky: 'TRUE FRIENDSHIP IS THE GREATEST TREASURE.'

Beneath the words appeared two golden baseball gloves—one for each of them.

"We did it together!" Toby cheered, high-fiving Lily.

The magical pyramid dissolved into golden dust that swirled around them, leaving behind the enchanted gloves and a memory they would treasure forever. From that day on, Lily and Toby learned that the best adventures—whether playing baseball or solving mysteries—are always better when shared with a true friend.
