The Golden Pyramid Adventure

Lily pushed open her back door and gasped. Where her old oak tree used to stand, a golden pyramid now sparkled in the morning sun. Its smooth surface reflected clouds floating by, and something about it called to her.

"Buster! Come see!" she called, and her spotted dog came bounding through the tall grass. Buster was Lily's best friend, loyal and brave. His ears perked up as he sniffed the pyramid's mysterious glow.

When Lily touched the pyramid's side, it swung open like a door. Inside, walls sparkled with jewels of every color—emerald greens, ruby reds, sapphire blues. But the most amazing thing floated in the center: a silver mirror.

In the mirror, Lily saw herself and Buster playing fetch, but something was wrong. Other children stood alone, watching from behind trees. Their faces looked sad and lonely.

A gentle voice echoed through the pyramid. "True friendship is like this pyramid—strong because many stones support each other. One friend is wonderful, but many friends make something magnificent."

Lily understood. She grabbed Buster's leash and ran to the park where the lonely children watched. "Want to play with us?" she asked.

Soon, children and dogs were running together, laughing and chasing balls. The pyramid had taught her the most important lesson: a true friend shares their friendship with others.

That night, the golden pyramid vanished. But in its place stood something even better—a circle of new friends, and Buster, whose tail wagged more than ever, knowing that friendship, like magic, grows strongest when shared.
