Lily loved exploring the beach, but she never found anything special until the day the storm passed. That's when she saw it—a bright golden cable stretching from the old wooden pier into the deep blue water. It shimmered like sunlight, even though the sky was cloudy.

"What are you?" Lily whispered, pulling gently on the cable. To her surprise, it tugged back!

Suddenly, the water began to bubble. A small blue head popped up—a friendly dolphin with the biggest smile Lily had ever seen.

"You found my magic cable!" the dolphin squeaked. "I'm Splash! Come with me!"
