The Girl With Ocean Hair

Lily had the most extraordinary hair anyone in her neighborhood had ever seen. It wasn't just long and flowing—it changed color with her mood! When she was happy, it shimmered like sunshine. When she was sad, it turned deep blue like a stormy sky.

But Lily had a secret she'd never told anyone. Whenever she went swimming in the community pool, something magical happened. As soon as her hair touched the water, tiny bubbles would float up, and each bubble contained a miniature sea creature dancing inside!

One hot summer day, Lily's friend Marcus couldn't swim. He sat on the pool edge, swinging his legs, looking lonely. Lily dove in and felt the familiar tingling in her hair. She had an idea.
