The Girl With Magic Hair

Lily loved walking in the forest behind her house. One sunny afternoon, she noticed something strange. A shiny **cable** glowed blue, stretching through the trees like a river of light.

"What is this?" Lily whispered. Her curly brown **hair** tingled. Whenever something magical was near, her hair changed color. Right now, it was turning pink!

She followed the glowing cable deeper into the woods until she reached a clearing. There sat a large, friendly **bear** wearing a tiny hat.

"Hello!" said the bear. "I'm Barnaby. I dropped my enchanted **iphone** somewhere, and I can't find it. Without it, I can't call my friend who lives across the Magic River."

Lily's hair turned purple — excitement! "I'll help you find it!"

They searched everywhere. Suddenly, a small golden **dog** bounded out from behind a bush, holding something shiny in his mouth.

"Bark! Bark!" the dog dropped the object at Lily's feet.

"My iphone!" Barnaby cheered. "Thank you, Daisy! You found it!" The bear patted the dog's head. "Daisy always helps me when I lose things. That's what friends do."

Lily's hair turned golden yellow, sparkling in the sunlight. That meant she felt happy and warm inside.

"I learned something today," Lily said. "Helping friends feels even better than finding magic treasures."

Barnaby nodded. "And that's the greatest magic of all."

As Lily skipped home, her hair returned to its normal brown, but she knew the magic would always be there whenever she needed it. Some adventures, she discovered, leave sparkles in your heart that never fade away.
