The Girl With Magic Hair

Lily had the most extraordinary hair in the whole world. It wasn't just curly or long – it was MAGIC. Every morning, her hair would change color to match her mood. Sunny yellow when she was happy, peaceful blue when she was calm, and sparkly pink when she felt excited!

One hot summer day, Lily's hair turned shimmering green as she explored the forest behind her house. She pushed through bushes and ducked under branches until she found something amazing – a hidden pool filled with water that glowed like liquid stars!

The pool whispered to her, "Come closer, little one."

Lily knelt beside the magical water. Suddenly, a tiny creature popped up! It looked like a mini dragon with rainbow scales and butterfly wings.

"I'm Splash!" the creature said. "Will you be my friend?"

Lily's hair turned excited pink. "Yes! But I've never had a dragon friend before!"

"I'm not just any dragon," Splash explained. "I'm a Pool Dragon! I protect magical waters like this one. But I'm lonely... until now!"

For days, Lily visited her new friend. They played games, and Splash taught Lily how to skip stones across water without making a splash. In return, Lily shared her favorite stories and snacks.

One afternoon, Splash looked worried. "The sun is getting hotter. My pool is shrinking!"

Lily's hair turned determined red. She had an idea! She ran home and returned with a big bucket, filling it again and again until she brought enough water to keep Splash's home full.

"Thank you, Lily!" Splash cried. "You saved my home!"
