The Girl Who Caught Lightning

Maya had the most wild hair in town. It was a brown cloud that stuck out in every direction, especially on stormy days when lightning flashed across the sky.

One evening, as thunder rumbled and rain tapped on her window, something magical happened. A bolt of lightning struck so close that Maya's hair stood straight up and started glowing with soft golden light!

Curious and brave, Maya spotted something strange outside. A mysterious cable pulsed with rainbow colors, stretching from her backyard fence into the dark woods beyond.

Finally, the cable ended at a old oak tree with a door hidden in its trunk. Inside, they found a cozy room filled with drawings and stories left by other children and woodland creatures who had discovered the magical path.

The bear smiled, his eyes twinkling. "This cable connects all curious hearts."
