The Giant's Lonely Game

Lily pushed her lunch around the plate. Mom had put **spinach** in the sandwich again—green leaves that seemed to stretch forever like little magic wands.

"I wish something exciting would happen," she whispered to her empty room.

That's when she noticed a golden glow beneath her bed. An old **iphone** with a case made of actual seashells! When Lily picked it up, the screen burst with dancing fish and a message bubbled up: "The ocean needs you. Follow the path."

Curious, Lily followed the phone's shimmering light through her window, across the backyard, and into a forest she'd never seen before. Coconut **palm** trees with rainbow-colored fronds swayed in a breeze that smelled like saltwater and sunshine.

At the center stood a crystal court where tiny sea elves played **padel** with racquets made of polished coral. But the court was silent now, and the elves looked sad.

"The giant took all the magic **water**," explained Pip, the smallest elf with shimmering blue hair. "He lives in the coral castle and won't share."

Lily marched to the castle, where she found a giant splashing in a pool filled with glittering blue water. But he wasn't having fun—he looked terribly lonely, tossing a ball against the wall by himself.

"Want to play padel?" Lily called up.

The giant's eyes widened. "You'd play with ME? Everyone runs away."

"That's because you're hoarding all the water!" Lily said gently. "Sharing makes everything more fun."

She showed him how the elves played together—laughing, passing the ball, cheering for each other. The giant's face lit up.

"I didn't know," he whispered. "I just wanted something to call my own."

Lily thought about her spinach sandwich. "You know, my mom says food tastes better when shared. And games are more fun with friends."

The giant released the magic water, which flowed back to the ocean in sparkling streams. The sea elves cheered, and the giant became their favorite padel partner. He even learned to love spinach sandwiches.

That summer, Lily discovered something magical—friendship grows when you share, just like plants in a garden. And sometimes the loneliest giants just need someone to say, "Want to play?"
