The Friendship Vitamin

Misty was a curious orange cat who loved exploring. One rainy morning, she discovered something amazing in her backyard. A puddle of water shimmered with rainbow colors!

Inside the puddle swam the tiniest goldfish Misty had ever seen. But this was no ordinary fish - she had sparkly scales that glowed like little stars.

"Hello, Misty!" said the goldfish. "I'm Glimmer. I need your help!"

Misty's whiskers twitched with surprise. "How do you know my name?"

"Magic water tells me everything," Glimmer bubbled. "But my water puddle is drying up. I need to get to the big pond before the sun comes out!"

Misty looked around desperately. The puddle was indeed shrinking in the warm morning light. But how could she transport a fish without water?

Glimmer did a happy flip. "I have something special for you!" She blew a tiny orange bubble that floated to Misty. "This is a friendship vitamin. It will give you the courage to do impossible things!"

Misty popped the bubble with her paw. Warm, tingling feelings spread through her whole body. Suddenly, she knew exactly what to do.

She ran to her dog neighbor Buster's yard. Buster was a big, sleepy golden retriever who usually napped all day.

"Buster! Wake up! I need your help!" Misty meowed urgently.

Buster lifted his head, sleepy eyes opening wide. "Misty? What's wrong?"

Quickly, Misty explained about Glimmer. Buster immediately jumped up, his tail wagging. "I have a big water bowl! And my family has a baby pool!"

Together, the unlikely pair carried the baby pool to the puddle. Glimmer swam happily into her new temporary home. Then, they carefully carried her all the way to the neighborhood pond.

"Thank you!" Glimmer called before diving deep into the cool water. "You two proved that the friendship vitamin works best when shared!"

From that day on, Misty and Buster became best friends. And every time they visited the pond, Glimmer would surface to say hello. Misty learned that the real magic wasn't in any vitamin - it was in having courage to help others and making unexpected friends along the way.
