The Fox Who Saved the Moon

Fiona the fox had the brightest orange fur in the whole forest. Every night, she perched on her favorite rock to watch the moon. But tonight, something was wrong. The moon flickered like a dying candle.

Fiona crept through the trees like a tiny **spy**. She had to find out what was happening. Suddenly, she heard a strange moaning sound. Behind a twisted oak tree, she saw a creature—green and wobbly, with one eye closed. It looked like a **zombie**!

But when Fiona stepped closer, the creature opened one eye and smiled weakly. "Please help," it whispered. "I'm Zim, the moon's helper. A storm knocked me down, and now I can't fly back up."

Fiona's tail twitched with worry. "How can I help?"

"The magical **lightning** bolt," said Zim. "It struck me and filled me with too much energy. I need someone to play **padel** with me until the energy settles."

"Padel?" Fiona's ears perked up. "I love running and jumping!"

They found an old wooden wall. Zim tossed a glowing ball, and Fiona hit it with her paw. Smack! The ball bounced back. Zim returned it with a clumsy shuffle. They played until Fiona's fur shone with sweat and Zim's glow grew soft and warm.

"Thank you," Zim said, stretching tall and strong. The **lightning** energy had balanced out. "You saved the moon, Fiona. But more importantly, you saved me."

Fiona smiled, her whiskers twitching. "I thought **zombie**s were scary."

"Things aren't always what they seem," Zim said, floating toward the sky. "Sometimes the scariest creatures just need a friend."

That night, Fiona watched the moon shine brighter than ever. She wasn't just a clever **spy** anymore—she was a friend. And in the forest, friendship was the greatest magic of all.
