The Fox Who Saved the Garden
Lily loved exploring behind her house. One day, she spotted something shiny half-buried in the dirt. It was an old cable, twisted like a vine, stretching deep into the forbidden forest. Curious, she followed it.
The cable led to an orange fox with gleaming amber eyes. The fox wasn't scared at all. It nodded its head as if saying, "Follow me!" Lily trailed after the clever fox until they reached a forgotten garden.
The garden was strange. All the flowers stood droopy and still, barely moving. A little boy stood in the center, moving slowly and sluggishly, like a zombie in a storybook. But this zombie boy wasn't scary—he looked sad and tired.
"I've been guarding these flowers for a hundred years," he whispered slowly. "But they're dying, and so am I. We need magic to wake up."
The fox nudged Lily toward a glowing orange tree. The oranges were special—they were filled with magic vitamin sunshine! Lily picked the brightest orange and gave it to the zombie boy.
He took a bite, and suddenly color rushed back into his pale face. "Thank you!" he exclaimed, dancing around. He gave magical vitamins to all the flowers, and they bloomed instantly in brilliant rainbow colors.
The old cable started glowing too. It had been connecting all the magic in the garden, just waiting for someone kind enough to help.
The orange fox, Lily, and the newly awakened boy became best friends. They realized that sometimes things seem scary or broken, but all they need is a little kindness and friendship to bloom again.
Now, Lily visits every day. The garden is never forgotten again, and the fox always greets her with a happy wiggle, reminding her that magic exists wherever you look for it with a kind heart.
