The Fox Who Outsmarted the Sphinx

Felix was the cleverest little fox in the Whispering Woods, with fur as orange as sunset and eyes that sparkled like morning dew. Every day, he would romp through the meadows, playing hide-and-seek with the butterflies and racing the rabbits to the babbling brook.

One sunny afternoon, Felix's best friend Bella the Bear came trotting over, looking very sad indeed. "Oh Felix," she sighed, flopping onto her favorite mossy rock. "I feel so tired lately. I can't even climb to get the sweetest honey anymore!"

Felix's fluffy ears perked up. He remembered something his grandmother had told him about a magical **sphinx** who lived at the top of the Crystal Mountain. This wise creature guarded a special treasure—a golden **vitamin** that could give anyone renewed energy and strength!

"Don't worry, Bella!" Felix declared, puffing out his chest. "I'll find this magical treasure and help you feel strong again!"

With a determined bounce in his step, Felix set off on his grand adventure. He scampered through enchanted forests where trees whispered hello and crossed sparkling streams that giggled when he splashed across. Finally, he reached the top of Crystal Mountain, where a magnificent sphinx with emerald feathers and wise golden eyes sat atop a sparkling pedestal.

"Who dares to approach my domain?" the sphinx's voice echoed like gentle thunder.

"It's me, Felix the Fox!" he said bravely. "I seek the golden vitamin to help my friend Bella!"

The sphinx smiled mysteriously. "I will give you what you seek, little fox. But first, you must solve my riddle: What is something you can give away, yet always keep more of?"

Felix thought hard, tapping his fluffy tail. Then his eyes lit up! "Love! And kindness! And friendship!"

"Indeed," the sphinx purred, impressed. "You are clever and kind. Here is the golden vitamin—it works best when shared with love."

Felix hurried back to Bella and gave her the magical treasure. To his surprise, it was actually delicious golden berries that grew only on Crystal Mountain! As Bella munched happily, she felt her strength return.

"Thank you, Felix!" she cheered, giving him the biggest bear hug ever. "You're the best friend anyone could ask for!"
