The Fox Who Chased Courage

In a forest where the trees whispered secrets, there lived a small orange fox named Finn. Finn had a problem - he was too afraid to do anything fun. While other foxes chased butterflies and climbed tall trees, Finn stayed close to his mother's side.

One day, something extraordinary happened. A tiny blue bottle rolled right to Finn's paws. The label said 'Courage Vitamin' in sparkly letters. Before Finn could even blink, a voice boomed from above.

'WHO DARES TOUCH THE MAGIC BOTTLE?'

Finn looked up. Perched on a mossy rock was a creature he'd only heard about in stories - a golden sphinx with the body of a lion and huge feathery wings. But something was strange. The sphinx had no fur, no whiskers, no hair at all!

'I-I'm Finn,' he stammered.

The sphinx sighed. 'I am Cleo. I lost my beautiful golden hair when I forgot how to be brave. Now I must wait for someone to answer my riddle to earn it back.' Her eyes twinkled. 'Would you like to try?'

Finn's heart raced. But he remembered the vitamin bottle in his paw. What if it could help?

'What's the riddle?' Finn asked, surprised by his own bravery.

Cleo smiled. 'What starts small but grows big, lives inside you but can be shared, and makes impossible things possible?'

Finn thought about the vitamin bottle. He thought about how scared he'd been his whole life. And suddenly, he knew.

'Courage!' Finn exclaimed. 'Courage starts small but grows! It lives inside you but you can give it to others by being brave first! And it makes impossible things possible!'

Cleo's golden hair began to grow back, shimmering like sunshine. 'Correct, little fox! You have earned a reward.' She touched Finn's nose with her wing.

Suddenly, Finn felt stronger. He saw a friendly bear nearby and instead of hiding, he trotted right up to say hello. The bear smiled and showed Finn the best berry patches in the forest.

From that day on, Finn wasn't just brave - he was the bravest fox in the forest, always helping others find their courage too. Because he learned something magical: courage isn't about not being scared. It's about being scared and doing brave things anyway.
