The Fox's Magic Summer
Fiona the fox lived in the most magical forest in the world, where trees whispered secrets and streams giggled as they flowed. Every morning, she went swimming in Crystal Lake, her orange fur glistening like sunshine on water.
One summer day, Fiona discovered something peculiar near the old oak tree - a glowing blue bottle labeled "Magic Vitamin." "This must be special!" she whispered, her green eyes widening with wonder.
Nearby, Bruno the bear sat looking glum. "What's wrong?" Fiona asked.
"I want to learn swimming," Bruno sighed, "but bears sink like stones."
Just then, Darcy the dog bounded over, her ears flopping happily. "I can help! I'm the best swimmer in the forest!"
Fiona had an idea. "What if this magic vitamin gives Bruno the courage to swim?"
But when Bruno took it, nothing happened - except that he started giggling. "I feel... happy!" Bruno exclaimed.
"That's it!" Fiona realized. "The magic vitamin isn't for swimming powers. It's for making friends brave enough to try!"
Every day that summer, the three friends practiced together. Darcy showed Bruno how to paddle his giant paws. Fiona cheered from the shore, her tail wagging like a happy flag. Bruno still sank sometimes, but his friends always helped him up, laughing and splashing.
By summer's end, Bruno could swim across the whole lake! The magic vitamin bottle sat empty on the shore, but Fiona knew the real magic wasn't inside it at all.
The best vitamin for courage, she discovered, was friendship - and trying new things together made anything possible.
