The Fox's Magic Phone
Felix the fox had never seen anything like it. Lying beside the old swimming pool behind the abandoned house was a shiny rectangle. He nudged it with his nose, and it suddenly lit up with a glowing picture of a smiling face.
"What are you?" Felix whispered.
"I'm an iphone," said a tiny voice from the rectangle. "And I've been waiting for someone like you."
Felix's tail twitched with excitement. All the other animals in the forest made fun of him for being too curious, but now his curiosity had led him to something magical!
"I can show you wonders," the iphone said. "But first, you must help me. I need the golden vitamin from the pool to recharge my magic."
Felix peered into the pool. The water shimmered with an unusual golden glow. Swimming near the surface was a single goldfish with scales that sparkled like tiny suns.
"Hello there," Felix said kindly. "I'm Felix. What's your name?"
"I'm Glimmer," the goldfish replied. "And I've been swimming in these magical waters for a hundred years, guarding the Golden Vitamin. It gives anyone who touches it the power to make their dreams come true."
"But my friend the iphone needs it to help everyone," Felix explained. "What if we share it?"
Glimmer thought about this. No one had ever asked to share anything before—usually, animals just wanted to take.
"You have a kind heart, Felix," Glimmer said. "That's the real magic. Come on in!"
Felix dipped his paw into the pool. The water felt warm and sparkly, like liquid sunshine. Glimmer nudged a glowing golden tablet toward him—the Golden Vitamin!
As Felix touched it, the iphone began to glow brighter and brighter. Suddenly, the pool transformed into a magnificent fountain, and flowers bloomed all around them.
"Thank you for teaching me something important," the iphone said. "The real magic isn't in me or the vitamin. It's in friendship and sharing."
From that day on, Felix, Glimmer, and the magical iphone had wonderful adventures together. And whenever other animals came by, Felix would always say, "Come join us! There's plenty of magic to share."
And that's how the fox learned that the best treasure isn't gold or magic—it's the friends you make along the way.
