The Dog Who Caught Lightning

Max was a small golden **dog** with floppy ears and a very big dream. He lived on a sunny island where **palm** trees swayed in the warm breeze like dancing green giants.

One afternoon, Max discovered something strange half-buried in the sand—a bright purple **hat** with silver stars stitched around the brim. When he put it on his head, it gave a little sparkle, as if saying hello!

That evening, a terrible storm rolled in. Dark clouds covered the stars, and **lightning** flashed across the sky like jagged cracks in a dark mirror. The other animals hid, scared and trembling.

But Max wasn't afraid. The magic hat made him feel brave. He found a **padel** racket left behind by a tourist—a blue paddle with holes in it, perfect for batting away trouble.

When a bolt of lightning threatened to strike his friend's house, Max did something incredible. He swung the padel racket and *ZING!* The lightning bounced off it and shot back up into the clouds, turning into a beautiful rainbow instead.

Again and again, Max redirected the dangerous bolts. Each time he hit them with his racket, the lightning transformed into something wonderful—flowers, butterflies, even sparkly stars that drifted down like snow.

The storm passed, leaving the island more beautiful than before. Max had saved the day using courage, quick thinking, and a little bit of magic.

From then on, Max wore his purple hat everywhere. He didn't need to be a superhero. He'd learned something important: being brave doesn't mean you're not scared—it means doing the right thing even when you are.

And sometimes, the smallest heroes make the biggest difference.
