The Cloud Bull's Magical Game

Lily loved visiting her grandmother's farm. Every summer, she'd help feed the chickens and collect eggs. But her favorite spot was the hill behind the barn, where she could see the whole valley spread out like a green quilt.

One afternoon, while resting against an old oak tree, Lily noticed something strange. A thick golden cable stretched from the sky down to the meadow, shimmering like spun sunlight. Being curious, she followed it to where it disappeared into the clouds.

"Hello?" she called.

A deep, warm voice answered. "Hello, little friend."

From the clouds stepped the most magnificent bull Lily had ever seen. His coat was silver-white, his horns curved like crescent moons, and his eyes held the wisdom of a thousand summers. But he didn't look scary at all. He looked gentle.

"I'm Ferdinand," said the bull. "Would you like to play padel with me?"

Lily's eyes widened. "You know padel?"

"Up here in the cloud kingdom, we play everything!" Ferdinand laughed, and his laugh sounded like distant thunder.

He pointed to his hooves. "Look!" And there, magically, appeared padel rackets. The court was marked on a fluffy cloud, the net made of woven rainbows.

They played for what felt like minutes but might have been hours. Lily was surprised — Ferdinand was amazing! He hit the soft, glowing ball with precision and grace, never once losing his temper when he missed a shot.

"You're wonderful at this!" Lily exclaimed.

Ferdinand smiled. "In the cloud kingdom, the strongest players are the kindest ones. Anger makes you clumsy."

As the sun began to set, painting the sky pink and orange, Ferdinand pressed something into Lily's hand. It looked like her parents' iPhone, but made of polished cloud crystal.

"This will help you remember," he said softly. "Kindness is the strongest magic. Whenever you feel angry or afraid, hold this and think of our game."

Lily hugged the bull's neck, which felt like warm velvet. "Will I see you again?"

"Whenever you visit," Ferdinand promised. "Just follow the golden cable."

That night, Lily fell asleep dreaming of silver bulls and rainbow nets. And in her pocket, the cloud iPhone glowed softly, reminding her that the best magic of all is a kind heart.
