The Cloud Bull's Gift

In a village where the sky touched the mountains lived a girl named Lila who loved to garden more than anything. Her favorite plants were papaya trees with their bright orange fruit and spinach plants with their emerald leaves. They grew in a small patch behind her cottage.

One stormy afternoon, Lila looked up and saw something amazing. High above the clouds, a magnificent white bull was galloping across the sky! His hooves struck the fluffy clouds, creating flashes of lightning that danced like silver ribbons through the air.

The lightning didn't scare Lila. Instead, she noticed something magical. Each time the bull's hooves touched the clouds, tiny glowing raindrops fell downward. They landed on her papaya tree and spinach plants, making them shimmer and sparkle.

To her wonder, the papaya began to glow with golden light. The spinach leaves sparkled like tiny emeralds. The bull slowed his gallop and descended through the clouds, landing softly beside her garden.

"I am Nimbus," the bull spoke gently, his warm voice sounding like distant thunder. "My lightning carries special magic. It makes gardens grow extraordinary gifts."

Lila reached out and touched the glowing papaya. When she peeled it open, she discovered tiny stars shining inside! The spinach leaves tasted like sweet dreams and happy wishes.

"This is wonderful!" Lila cried with delight.

Nimbus lowered his massive head kindly. "Share these gifts, little gardener. Magic grows brightest when given to others."

Lila ran through her village with her basket full of treasures. She shared star-filled papaya and dream-spinach with everyone she met. Children laughed and made wishes on the tiny stars. Families gathered to share stories and sweet dreams over dinner. Even the grumpy old baker smiled.

That night, Lila waved to the dark sky. Nimbus galloped overhead, his lightning flashing in a happy pattern just for her. She realized that true magic wasn't just in glowing fruit or enchanted vegetables—it was in sharing wonder and kindness with others.

And every storm after that, Lila would smile and look to the sky, knowing her friend the cloud bull was dancing across the clouds, planting magic for everyone.
