The Cat Who Watched from Above
Luna was a small orange cat with the biggest green eyes in the neighborhood. Every afternoon, she would climb the tall oak tree and peek through the leaves. She wasn't just looking—she was spying.
Down by the magical stream, the most wonderful thing happened. A huge brown bear and a gentle bull waded into the sparkling water together. Bears weren't supposed to be friends with bulls, and bulls certainly weren't supposed to love swimming! But here they were, splashing and playing like old friends.
Luna watched them day after day, her tail twitching with curiosity. She wished she could join them, but cats don't like water. Everyone knew that.
One sunny afternoon, the bear and bull were having so much fun that they didn't notice Luna slip. *Plop!* She fell right into the stream!
But something magical happened. The water felt warm and soft, like a blanket. Luna found herself swimming—actually swimming!
"Hello there, little friend!" The bear smiled. "I'm Barnaby, and this is my best friend, Bumble."
"I'm Luna," she purred, shaking water from her whiskers. "I've been spying on you from my tree. I wanted to swim too, but I was scared."
Bumble the bull chuckled softly. "That's the thing about magic—you have to be brave enough to try something new."
They swam together all afternoon, and Luna learned that friends come in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes the most unexpected combinations make the best friendships.
From that day on, Luna didn't spy from the trees anymore. She jumped right in, paws first, because the best adventures are the ones you share with friends.
