The Cat Who Tamed the Orange Bull

Lily loved exploring her grandmother's attic, but she never expected to find magic there. One rainy Saturday, her cat Mittens nudged her toward a dusty box filled with old treasures. Inside lay something peculiar: an orange iPhone, glowing with an inner light like a sunset trapped in glass.

"Curious," Lily whispered, picking it up. A thick cable trailed from the phone, winding across the floorboards like a shiny snake. Mittens batted at it, and suddenly, the cable began to pull them forward!

The cable dragged Lily and Mittens through a tiny door in the attic wall that Lily had never noticed before. They tumbled into a meadow where the grass was the color of peppermint and clouds hummed gentle melodies.

There, standing beneath a rainbow tree, was the most magnificent bull Lily had ever seen. His fur shimmered like polished copper, and his gentle eyes held the wisdom of a thousand stories. This was no ordinary bull — he was orange as a pumpkin and twice as magical.

"Welcome," the bull spoke in a voice like thunder wrapped in velvet. "I've been waiting for someone brave enough to follow the cable."

Mittens, usually afraid of everything, marched right up to the orange bull and rubbed against his leg. The bull chuckled, and the sound made flowers bloom around his hooves.

"My name is Bumble," said the bull. "I guard the Door of Forgotten Dreams. But I've been so lonely guarding it alone. Mittens seems to think you might be a friend."

Lily realized something important: true courage isn't about not being scared — it's about doing brave things even when you ARE scared, like Mittens making friends with a giant bull.

"I'll be your friend," Lily promised. "And I'll visit every weekend through the magic cable."

Bumble lowered his giant head so Lily could pet him. His fur was warm like sunshine. From that day on, Lily and Mittens had secret adventures in the meadow of dreams, proving that the best magic isn't in orange iPhones or magical cables — it's in friendship, kindness, and being brave enough to make new friends, even if they happen to be orange bulls who guard dream doors.
