The Cat Who Saved the Sphinx

Muffin was no ordinary cat. Her orange hair was so fluffy and magical, it sparkled in the sunlight like tiny stars. Every morning, she'd groom her beautiful hair until it shone brilliantly.

One day, Muffin's adventures led her to the mysterious Sphinx Mountain, where an enormous stone sphinx sat guarding an ancient path. But something was wrong—the sphinx looked terribly sad.

"What's wrong?" Muffin asked, her whiskers twitching with concern.

"I've forgotten how to make riddles," the sphinx sighed, lowering her magnificent stone head. "Without riddles, travelers cannot pass, and I am useless."

Muffin's golden hair began to glow warmly. "Maybe you just need a friend to help you remember!"

The sphinx had been alone for hundreds of years, and no one had ever offered friendship before. Her stone eyes softened.

Muffin spent the day sharing stories of her adventures, and the sphinx told tales from ancient times. As they talked, Muffin's magical hair brushed against the sphinx's stone cheek, and something wonderful happened—the sphinx began to remember!

"I have a riddle!" the sphinx exclaimed joyfully. "What has whiskers but cannot meow, stands guard but never moves, and remembers everything except its own purpose?"

Muffin purred with delight. "A sphinx who needed a friend!"

The sphinx laughed for the first time in centuries, and the mountain echoed with happiness. Muffin had discovered the most important lesson: sometimes, the best magic isn't in special powers or beautiful hair—it's simply in being a kind friend.

From that day on, Muffin visited her sphinx friend often, and together they greeted travelers with happy riddles and warm hearts. And Muffin's magical hair? It still sparkled, but now it glowed brightest when she helped others in need.
