The Cat Who Caught Dreams
Ten-year-old Leo loved **baseball** more than anything. Every afternoon, he'd practice pitching in his backyard, dreaming of the day he'd play for the real team. But there was one problem — he was the smallest kid in his class.
One sunny morning, Leo found a tiny orange **cat** curled up on his pillow. The cat had the most magnificent fluffy **hair** that seemed to sparkle like sunshine. But this wasn't an ordinary cat. When she purred, little stars danced around her whiskers.
"I'm Luna," the cat said, surprising Leo. "And I know what you need."
She led him **running** through a secret door in his closet that opened into a meadow filled with rainbow flowers. They raced past talking trees and giggling streams until they reached a crystal cave. Inside sat an old owl wearing tiny spectacles.
"Ah," the owl said. "You've come for the Courage **Vitamin**."
The vitamin was a glowing golden pill that tasted like strawberry dreams. "This won't make you bigger," Luna explained, "but it will make your heart bigger than any mountain."
That week, something magical happened. When Leo stepped up to the **baseball** plate, he felt different. He wasn't thinking about his size anymore. He just loved the game. When he hit the ball, it soared higher than anyone had ever seen.
His classmates cheered. "Leo, you're amazing!" they shouted. But the best part was when he noticed the new kid, Mia, sitting alone. Leo remembered Luna's lesson about big hearts.
"Want to play?" Leo asked, holding out his glove.
Mia's face lit up like the moon. She became Leo's best friend and an incredible player too.
That night, Luna curled up on Leo's pillow again. "You didn't need magic," she purred. "You just needed to believe in yourself — and to share that belief with others."
Leo smiled, hugging his fluffy friend. Sometimes the smallest players have the biggest hearts, and that's the greatest magic of all.
