The Bull Who Swam with Stars

Luna was the most curious girl in the village. Every evening, she would sneak behind the old willow tree near the meadow to spy on the shimmering pond. Something magical happened there every night, and she was determined to discover what it was.

One moonlit night, she saw something extraordinary. A magnificent bull emerged from the forest, his coat dark as midnight, with strands of silver hair twinkling like starlight between his golden horns. Luna held her breath, her heart pounding with wonder.

The bull stepped into the pond, and suddenly, the water began to glow. Tiny stars burst from the surface, floating upward like fireflies. Then the most amazing thing happened — the bull started swimming! But he wasn't just swimming in water; he was gliding through constellations that appeared beneath him.

Luna's foot slipped on a rock. Crash! The bull turned his massive head and looked directly at her with eyes full of ancient wisdom.

"Little one," he spoke in a voice like distant thunder, "I've been waiting for someone curious enough to find me."

Luna stepped forward, her fear replaced by excitement. "I've never seen a bull who enjoys swimming before!"

The bull smiled. "I am Orion, the Star Bull. Every night, I collect fallen stars and return them to the sky. Would you like to help me?"

Luna nodded eagerly. She waded into the magical water, and suddenly she was swimming through the galaxy! Together, she and Orion gathered hundreds of stars, placing each one carefully in the night sky.

By dawn, Luna returned home with stardust in her hair and a magical secret in her heart. She learned that the most wonderful discoveries come to those who are curious enough to look for them — and that friendship can be found even in the most unexpected places.
