The Bull Who Lost His Magic

Oliver was an ordinary boy with an extraordinary secret. Behind his house stood an ancient **palm** tree, and at its base lay a hidden door to the most magical place in the world.

One afternoon, Oliver pushed open the door and found his friend Barnaby, a gentle golden **bull** with emerald-green eyes, sitting by a shimmering blue **pool**. But today, Barnaby's usual glow was faded.

"What's wrong?" Oliver asked, rushing to his friend's side.

"The magic pool needs its special **vitamin**," Barnaby sighed. "The Moon Berries that keep the magic alive only grow on Star Mountain, and I'm too slow to climb it. Without them, all the wonder will disappear."

Oliver's heart raced. "I'll do it!"

"But you'll be **running** against time," Barnaby warned. "You must return before sunset, or the gateway will close forever."

Oliver nodded bravely. He grabbed his backpack and dashed through the meadow, where flowers sang hello and butterflies painted rainbows in the air. The path up Star Mountain was steep and twisty.

Halfway up, Oliver met a tiny rabbit stuck in a bush. Most children would have kept running, but Oliver stopped. He carefully freed the rabbit, who gave him a grateful nose-twitch before hopping away.

Higher still, an old eagle needed help finding her lost feather. Oliver searched until he found it gleaming in the grass. "Thank you, young one," the eagle said wisely. "Kindness is the greatest magic of all."

Finally, Oliver reached the peak. There, glowing like tiny captured stars, were the Moon Berries! He gathered them carefully, his heart full of wonder.

But the sun was already sinking. Oliver had to run faster than he ever had before, leaping over rocks and sliding down slopes. Just as the first star appeared, he tumbled through the palm tree's door.

Barnaby was waiting. Oliver dropped the Moon Berries into the pool, and suddenly—WHOOSH! The water turned to liquid diamonds, and the entire grove lit up with magic.

"You did it!" Barnaby cheered, his golden coat shining brighter than ever. "But how did you make it in time?"

Oliver smiled. "I think the magic helped me. Because when I was kind to the rabbit and the eagle, the path became easier."

Barnaby nodded wisely. "And that, my friend, is the real secret. The most powerful magic isn't in berries or pools. It's in a kind heart."

That night, Oliver fell asleep under the palm tree, dreaming of adventures yet to come, knowing that kindness was the greatest vitamin of all.
