The Bull Who Glowed Orange

Lily loved her iPhone, but today she forgot it on the kitchen counter. She was playing in her backyard when she heard a strange snorting sound coming from behind the old oak tree.

Peeking around the trunk, she gasped. A tiny bull no bigger than a dog stood there, but the most amazing thing was his color—he was a brilliant, glowing orange!

"Hello," said Lily, kneeling down. "Why are you orange?"

The bull sighed, his orange fur shimmering like sunshine. "I ate too many magical oranges from the enchanted grove. Now I glow until I learn the Vitamin of True Friendship."

"The Vitamin of what?"

"True Friendship," repeated the bull. "It's the most powerful vitamin in the world. It makes you brave, kind, and strong all at once. My name is Buster, by the way."

Lily giggled. "I'm Lily. Want to be friends, Buster?"

Buster's eyes widened. "You'd be friends with a glowing bull?"

"Of course!" Lily said. "Friends come in all colors and sizes."

Suddenly, Buster's orange glow softened to a warm, gentle light. A tiny sparkly vitamin floated out of his fur and into Lily's hand.

"You did it!" Buster cheered. "You taught me the Vitamin of True Friendship!"

Lily felt a warm, happy feeling spread through her heart. She realized she didn't need her iPhone to have an adventure. The best magic of all was having a friend—and she could always find wonder in unexpected places.

"Come back tomorrow," Buster said. "The enchanted grove has purple apples, and I've always wondered what Vitamin of Curiosity would taste like!"

Lily smiled, already excited for their next adventure.
