The Bull Who Fell From Stars
Lily loved sitting under the old palm tree in her backyard, especially at night when the stars twinkled like tiny lanterns. One warm evening, something magical happened—a small bull made of stardust tumbled right out of the sky and landed with a soft plop in the palm tree above her!
The little star bull was scared and lonely, far from his constellation home. His coat shimmered like silver moonlight, and his eyes glowed the color of summer twilight. Lily wanted to help him return to the sky, but the star bull was too weak to fly back. He needed magic food to regain his strength.
"What do star bulls eat?" Lily wondered aloud.
The bull nudged her hand toward the garden, where she had planted spinach. But not just any spinach—this was her grandmother's special recipe, grown with songs and sunshine. Lily hurried to harvest the biggest, greenest leaves. As she fed the magical spinach to the star bull, his silver coat began to shine brighter and brighter!
With each bite of spinach, the bull grew stronger. His hooves sparkled, his horns gleamed, and soon he was glowing so brightly he lit up the whole backyard. The star bull nuzzled Lily's cheek with his warm, velvety nose, thanking her for her kindness.
Then, with a joyful leap, the bull soared back into the night sky, joining his constellation family. From that night on, whenever Lily looked up at the stars, she could see her friend the bull twinkling extra bright, as if waving hello. And the palm tree in her yard grew a little taller that summer—as if it remembered holding a fallen star.
Lily learned that even the smallest kindness can help someone find their way home, and sometimes the most magical friendships come from the most unexpected places.
