The Bull Who Dreamed of Stars

Barnaby was no ordinary bull. While other bulls on Apple Blossom Farm spent their days chewing grass and sleeping in the shade, Barnaby spent his nights gazing at the sky, dreaming of adventures beyond his pasture.

One magical evening, a shooting star streaked across the horizon and landed right behind Farmer McGregor's old barn. Barnaby's heart raced. This was his chance!

He trotted toward the crash site and discovered something amazing—a glowing golden pyramid no bigger than a pumpkin. As he nudged it with his nose, the pyramid popped open like a treasure chest, revealing a tiny paddle-sized starship inside.

"Who goes there?" squeaked a tiny voice.

Barnaby blinked. A miniature bear wearing a spacesuit climbed out of the pyramid! The bear was only six inches tall but carried himself like the bravest explorer in the galaxy.

"I'm Captain Bruno," announced the bear. "And this pyramid is my Star Compass. I crashed on my way to the Great Crystal Caves. Can you help me, big friend?"

Barnaby nodded enthusiastically. His dreams were coming true!

Using a broken fence post as a giant padel, Barnaby helped Bruno push the Star Compass back into launch position. Together, they figured out that the pyramid needed moonlight to recharge. Barnaby carried Bruno and his pyramid to the highest hill on the farm, where moonlight poured down like liquid silver.

"Thank you, Barnaby!" Bruno cried as the pyramid began to glow. "You're not just a bull—you're a hero!"

Before leaving, Bruno pressed a small golden button onto Barnaby's collar. "This lets you visit the stars anytime you dream."

That night, as Barnaby closed his eyes, he felt himself lifting gently into the sky. He had discovered that even a farm bull could touch the stars—if he was brave enough to follow his dreams and kind enough to help a friend in need.
