The Bull Who Could Fly

Lily loved visiting her grandmother's farm. Every morning, she'd wander through the fields until she reached the old oak tree where a thick rope cable hung from the highest branch. One Saturday, as she was swinging, she noticed something peculiar about the pool beneath the waterfall nearby. The water sparkled with rainbow colors!

Curious, Lily crept closer. From behind a bush, a massive bull stepped out—but this was no ordinary bull. His fur shimmered like stardust, and his eyes held the wisdom of a thousand summers.

"Hello, little one," the bull rumbled gently. "I've been waiting for someone with a brave heart."

Lily wasn't scared at all. "Who are you?"

"I am Barnaby, guardian of the Magic Pool. But I've lost my strength," he sighed, his magical horn dimming slightly. "I need the Golden Vitamin that grows only on the moonlit mountain beyond the cable car station."

Lily's eyes widened. "I can help you find it!"

Together, they climbed to the old cable car station. The ancient operator winked at Lily. "So, you're helping Barnaby? Brave girl." He handed her a small basket. "The Golden Vitamin looks like a tiny glowing star. Take only what you need."

The cable car rumbled up the mountain, passing through clouds. At the summit, Lily found the Golden Vitamin growing on a silver bush—it really did glow like a captured star!

When she returned, Barnaby ate the tiny glowing fruit. Immediately, his horn blazed with brilliant light, and magnificent wings unfolded from his shoulders.

"Thank you, Lily," Barnaby said, lowering his wing. "Would you like to see the world from above?"

Soaring through the sky on a flying bull's back, Lily learned that kindness unlocks the most extraordinary magic. And every summer, she returned to visit Barnaby, who taught her that true friends come in all shapes and sizes—even ones with horns and wings.
