The Brave Cat and the Not-So-Zombie Garden
Luna was a tiny orange cat with the biggest curiosity in the whole village. While other cats slept in sunbeams, Luna explored. One day, she heard sniffles coming from behind the old stone wall.
There sat Bruno — a massive bull with soft brown eyes and the gentlest heart. But everyone was afraid of him because of his size.
"What's wrong, Bruno?" Luna asked, pawing at his hoof.
"I accidentally trampled Ms. Willow's garden," Bruno said sadly. "Now she won't speak to me."
Luna's ears perked up. "I know what to do! My grandmother told me about the Zombie Flower — a magical plant that brings dead gardens back to life!"
Bruno's eyes widened. "A zombie? That sounds scary!"
Luna shook her head. "Not that kind of zombie! This one is magic. It grows only on Moonflower Hill. Will you come with me?"
Bruno nodded, and together they climbed the hill. Luna rode on Bruno's back through tall grass and sparkly streams. They found the glowing Zombie Flower just as stars began to twinkle.
When they returned, Luna planted the flower in Ms. Willow's garden. Blooms burst forth everywhere — roses, sunflowers, tulips!
Ms. Willow came outside and gasped. Then she saw Bruno standing shyly by the gate. "Bruno... did you do this?"
He nodded slowly.
Ms. Willow smiled and hugged his giant neck. "Thank you, my friend."
That night, Luna learned something important: things aren't always what they seem. Bruno wasn't scary — he was kind. The zombie flower wasn't frightening — it was magical. And sometimes the bravest thing you can do is see the good in others.
From that day on, Bruno helped tend the garden, and Luna always had a friend to carry her on adventures.
