The Boy Who Tamed the Cloud Bull
Leo's brown hair always stuck up like he'd been electrified, no matter how much he combed it. But today, he didn't care. Today was the day he'd finally climb the mysterious pyramid that appeared on his street at dawn.
It wasn't made of stone like the ones in books. This pyramid was woven from sparkling water, flowing upward in a beautiful shimmer that defied gravity. Leo approached it slowly, heart racing like a drum.
A deep voice rumbled from within the liquid structure. "Only those who eat their vegetables may pass."
Leo gasped as a magnificent creature emerged—a bull made entirely of clouds, its horns like lightning bolts, its hooves tiny storm clouds.
"I... I love vegetables!" Leo called out, though he secretly thought spinach was the worst thing on Earth.
The Cloud Bull's eyes twinkled like stars. "Then prove it."
From the water pyramid, a single leaf of emerald-green spinach floated toward Leo. It smelled like rain and adventure. He closed his eyes and ate it. Instead of the yucky taste he expected, it burst with flavor—like sunshine mixed with magic.
Suddenly, Leo's wild hair began to float. His feet lifted off the ground. The Cloud Bull bowed respectfully.
"You are brave, little one. Most children run from what they think they hate. But you tried—and discovered something wonderful."
The water pyramid opened like a flower, revealing a hidden world inside where waterfalls flowed upward and trees grew chocolate fruits.
"Will you visit me again?" the Cloud Bull asked.
Leo grinned, still floating slightly. "Every day! And I'll even bring more spinach."
His hair finally settled down, though it still had a bit of magic in it. Some things, Leo learned, are perfect just as they are—even the things we think we don't like.
And every night, the Cloud Bull waited by the water pyramid, hoping for another brave friend to discover that trying new things can lead to the most wonderful adventures.
