The Bear Who Discovered Green Magic

In a sunny cove where crystal waves met golden sand, lived Bruno the bear. Bruno loved two things more than anything: swimming in the sparkling ocean and napping under the swaying palm trees that dotted the beach like nature's umbrellas.

One afternoon, Bruno woke from his nap feeling very tired. His fuzzy brown coat usually felt full of energy, but today his paws dragged. Even the thought of swimming couldn't cheer him up.

"What's wrong, Bruno?" asked Lila, a little girl who visited the beach every day. She was the size of Bruno's paw and had hair that bounced when she talked.

"I don't know," Bruno sighed, resting his chin on his paws. "I feel like a balloon that's lost its air."

Lila's eyes brightened. "My mom says that's exactly how she felt before she learned about vitamins! They're like tiny magic sparks that make your body strong."

Bruno had never heard of vitamins, but he loved the idea of magic sparks. "Where can I find these magic sparks?"

"In the greenest foods!" Lila said, pulling something from her lunch bag. "Like this!" It was a bunch of dark, leafy green spinach.

Bruno sniffed it dubiously. It smelled like rain and earth. He took a tiny nibble. Then a bigger bite. His eyes grew wide. It tasted like sunshine and secret gardens!

Something magical happened. Bruno's fur seemed to fluff up with energy. He felt strong enough to dance with the palm trees!

"Let's go swimming!" Bruno shouted, racing toward the waves. He swam faster and farther than ever before, diving like a dolphin and surfacing with a splash that made Lila laugh.

From that day on, Bruno became the Health Hero of the cove. He taught all the bears, squirrels, and even the grumpy old crabs about the green magic in spinach and other vegetables. The animals grew stronger and played longer.

And every afternoon, you could find Bruno and Lila swimming together under the palm trees, both glowing with the magic of vitamins and friendship.

Brunro learned that sometimes the greatest adventures start with feeling tired, and the strongest magic comes from green leaves and good friends.
