The Baseball Pyramid's Secret

Leo loved baseball more than anything. Every day after school, he'd grab his glove and run to the park, dreaming of hitting the perfect home run. But Leo was small for his age, and the ball always seemed to land just short of the fence.

One Saturday morning, while helping his grandmother in her garden, Leo spotted something peculiar half-buried in the soil. It was a tiny pyramid, no bigger than his thumb, glowing with a warm orange light.

"What's this?" Leo wondered, brushing away the dirt.

The pyramid suddenly popped open like a secret box, revealing four glowing seeds inside. Without thinking, Leo planted them in the garden.

By afternoon, the seeds had sprouted into enormous leafy plants. But these weren't ordinary plants—they were magical spinach plants, each leaf shimmering with orange sparkles!

"Try one!" chirped a tiny voice. A small cricket sat on a leaf. "This is special spinach."

Leo took a bite. Energy surged through him like lightning! When he arrived at the baseball field, his friends couldn't believe their eyes. Leo hit every ball out of the park! He ran so fast he left trails of orange light behind him.

But Leo noticed something—his teammates seemed sad. They weren't having fun anymore because Leo never missed.

That evening, Leo returned to the garden. The cricket appeared again. "The magic only works when shared," it said wisely.

Leo understood. The next day, he brought his friends to the garden. Everyone ate the magical spinach together, and suddenly they could all play like champions. They laughed and played until sunset, not caring who won or lost.

The orange pyramid glowed brighter than ever. Leo had learned something wonderful: the best magic isn't about being the best—it's about making everyone feel like a champion together.
