The Baseball Bull's Secret Garden
Leo loved baseball more than anything. Every day after school, he'd grab his favorite glove and run to the park. But today, something magical happened.
As Leo reached into his pocket, he felt something strange—a tiny glowing baseball nestled in the palm of his hand. It sparkled like a little star!
"Who throws like that?" a deep voice rumbled.
Leo looked up. Standing before him was a enormous bull with kind brown eyes and a baseball cap squeezed between his horns.
"I'm Buster!" the bull said. "And I saw your throw from Farmer McGregor's field. It was magnificent!"
Leo's eyes widened. "You... you like baseball?"
"Love it!" Buster cheered. "But I have a secret problem. I always get tired in the middle of the game."
Leo thought for a moment. "My mom says I need my vitamins to play sports. Maybe that's what you need!"
Buster's ears perked up. "Vitamins? Where do I get those?"
Leo led Buster behind the old oak tree to his family's garden. "See these green leaves? This is spinach. It's packed with vitamins that give you energy!"
The bull took a careful nibble. His eyes lit up. "It's... delicious!" He ate another leaf, then another. "I feel stronger already!"
That afternoon, Leo and Buster played the most wonderful game of catch. Buster hit every ball Leo pitched, and Leo caught every throw Buster made. They laughed and played until the sun began to set.
"Thank you, Leo," Buster said, his warm bull nose nuzzling Leo's hand. "You taught me that the best energy comes from good food and good friends."
Leo smiled, clutching his magical baseball. "And you taught me that the best teammates come in all shapes and sizes."
From that day on, Buster became the strongest player on any team, and Leo learned that sometimes the most wonderful friendships start with one unexpected catch.
