Oliver and the Star-Hitting Cat

Oliver sat alone on his front porch, bouncing a baseball against the wooden steps. Thump. Thump. Thump. The lonely sound echoed in his quiet neighborhood. He wished he had a friend to play with, but all the other kids seemed busy.

"This orange cat gave me a magic padel!" Oliver explained. "Want to play?"

"Yes!" they all shouted together.
