Max and the Thunder Cable
Lily loved her golden dog Max more than anything. They had adventures every day in her backyard, but today was different.
While playing, Max dug up something strange—a glowing cable that pulsed with blue light under the old oak tree.
"What is this?" Lily wondered, tugging gently. Suddenly, the cable zipped through the air like a snake, leading them to a mysterious door in the tree trunk.
Inside, they found a magical room where lightning bolts danced in glass jars. An elderly wizard with kind eyes greeted them.
"You found my Thunder Cable!" he exclaimed. "I'm Wizard Padel, keeper of the Storm Vitamins."
"Storm vitamins?" Lily asked.
Padel showed her glowing orange pills. "These give storms their power. Without them, no rain would fall, and no rainbows would appear. But my dog chewed the cable that charges them!"
Max wagged his tail guiltily.
Wizard Padel laughed. "It's okay! But I need help reconnecting the cable before the next storm. Will you help?"
Lily nodded eagerly. Together, they followed the glowing cable through the sky, connecting it to a lightning cloud just as a storm began.
CRACK! Purple lightning surged through the cable, charging the Storm Vitamins with rainbow colors.
"Thank you!" Wizard Padel gave Lily a small medal. "You saved the storms! Now watch."
Outside, gentle rain fell, creating the most beautiful rainbow Lily had ever seen.
That night, Lily learned that even small helpers can make big magic. And Max? He dreamed of lightning, proud to be part of the adventure.
