Luna and the Friendly Sphinx

Luna was playing with her mom's old **iphone**, pretending it was a magic treasure map, when something strange happened. The screen shimmered like moonlight on water, and a tiny Sphinx popped out—only three inches tall!

"Greetings, brave adventurer!" chirped the tiny creature with sparkling eyes. "I am Cleo, and I need your help! My kingdom's magic **spinach** garden has wilted, and only a true friend can help me restore it."

Luna's eyes grew wide. "But how will we get there?"

Cleo giggled, her golden **hair** flowing like sunshine. "Just take my hand and start **running**—the magic will carry us!"

Luna grabbed Cleo's tiny paw, and suddenly they were speeding through a swirl of rainbow colors. They arrived in a magical kingdom where everything was made of crystal and gemstones.

The garden was sad indeed—all the emerald spinach leaves were drooping. Luna knelt beside the plants. "My grandma says spinach grows best with love and laughter!"

She began to sing a silly song about dancing vegetables, making up funny rhymes. Cleo joined in, adding harmonies. Their laughter filled the garden like golden bells.

One by one, the spinach leaves perked up, turning bright green again! But something magical happened—the plants started glowing and floating!

"The magic spinach grants wishes!" Cleo exclaimed. "You saved our garden, so you get one wish!"

Luna thought carefully. "I wish for every child to have a friend like you."

The Sphinx smiled, and the iphone screen shimmered again. Luna was back in her room, but now the iphone showed a tiny crystal Sphinx waving at her. And in her pocket, she found a single glowing spinach leaf—the promise that magic friendship is always just a wish away.

Sometimes, Luna discovered, the greatest adventures begin with the smallest kindnesses.
