Lily and the Bull's Secret
Lily had the curliest hair in her whole class—big bouncy springs that bounced when she ran. One hot summer day, while she was playing padel with her dad at the park, she noticed something strange.
Behind the old padel court, a bull was peeking through the fence. But this wasn't just any bull. His fur sparkled like he'd rolled in glitter, and his eyes twinkled like stars.
"Hello," Lily whispered, creeping closer. "Are you lost?"
The bull shook his big head slowly. Then he did something magical—he pulled out a shiny iphone from behind his ear!
"I'm Bruno," the phone spoke in the friendliest voice. "And I have a secret."
Lily gasped. "You can talk?"
"Only to special children," Bruno said. "Would you like to see my secret place?"
He led her past the padel court, through a meadow of wildflowers, to a hidden pool that glowed with rainbow colors.
"I love swimming," Bruno admitted, his big bull face looking shy. "But my friends say bulls don't swim. They laugh at me."
Lily thought about how kids sometimes made fun of her curly hair. Her heart felt warm for Bruno.
"I'll swim with you!" she declared, kicking off her shoes.
Together they splashed and played. Bruno taught her how to do the perfect bull paddle (that's where padel came from—he explained!). And Lily taught Bruno the backstroke.
When it was time to leave, Bruno gave her a magical hair clip shaped like a swimming bull.
"Remember," he said, "always do what makes you happy, even if others don't understand. That's the bravest thing."
That night, Lily touched her hair clip and smiled. Some secrets are too wonderful to keep—but this one? This one she'd hold in her heart forever.
The end.
