Leo and the Pyramid Friend

Leo stared at the cracked screen of his old iphone, wishing he had something exciting to do on this rainy afternoon. His mom had given him her old phone to play games on, but Leo had already beaten them all.

That's when he noticed something strange. A tiny pyramid symbol appeared on the screen, glowing like a little golden light. Leo tapped it, and suddenly the phone began to hum and sparkle!

"Whoa!" Leo whispered as the pyramid grew larger and larger until it floated right above his phone. It wasn't just a picture anymore — it was real!

Inside the glowing pyramid sat a tiny creature with a bull's head and kind eyes. "Hello there!" the creature said in a voice that sounded like warm honey. "I'm Boris, and I've been waiting for a friend like you!"

Leo couldn't believe his eyes. "You're a bull... but you're so small!"

Boris laughed. "I'm a magical pyramid guardian! I've been trapped in that phone for a hundred years. Someone locked me there when they forgot that the best adventures are shared with friends."

Leo's eyes went wide. "That's so sad! Do you want to see my room?"

Boris clapped his hooves together. "Oh yes! But first, may I show you something amazing?"

The pyramid grew big enough for Leo to step inside. suddenly, they weren't in Leo's room anymore. They were soaring over golden deserts, splashing in crystal-blue oceans, and dancing in fields of flowers that sang when the wind blew!

"Every night," Boris explained, "I travel to wonderful places like this. But it's much more fun with a friend."

Leo realized something important. "I used to play alone all the time because I thought it was easier. But adventures are better when you share them!"

When Leo returned to his room, the pyramid shrank back into his iphone. But now, whenever he felt lonely, Leo would tap the pyramid symbol, and Boris would appear ready for another adventure. And whenever Leo made new friends at school, he invited them to meet Boris too — because Leo had learned that magic is real, but friendship is the greatest magic of all.
