Finn's Lightning Game

Finn was a small orange goldfish who lived in a glass bowl on a child's dresser. Every afternoon, he watched the neighborhood kids play baseball in the park across the street. His favorite part was when they hit the ball high into the air, and he would swim in excited circles, imagining he could fly like that ball.

One summer evening, a magical storm gathered. Lightning flashed purple and pink across the sky instead of the usual white. Finn watched in wonder as tiny baseball players made of light appeared outside his bowl, dancing through the air on lightning bolts.

"Come play!" they called, their voices like wind chimes. "The Lightning League needs a star player!"

Finn's heart fluttered like a butterfly. He'd never left his bowl, but these were lightning players – the most magical team in the sky! With a deep breath, he flipped his tail and jumped.

Suddenly, he wasn't falling at all. He was swimming through the air! The storm had turned the sky into water, and Finn zoomed upward, faster than he'd ever moved before. Lightning bolts became his slippery slides, and cloud fluff made perfect bases.

"You're up!" shouted a lightning player, tossing Finn a glowing baseball. Finn swung his tail with all his might. *CRACK!* The ball shot through the sky like a shooting star.

"HOME RUN!" everyone cheered, and the sky filled with rainbow fireworks.

As dawn approached, the storm gently placed Finn back in his bowl. His owner found him blowing happy bubbles that morning, wearing what looked like a tiny, crooked baseball cap made of light.

From that day on, Finn swam with more confidence than ever. He'd proven something wonderful: sometimes the most magical adventures happen when you're brave enough to take the first jump, even if you're just a small goldfish with big dreams.
