Bolt and the Storm Vitamins

Bolt was no ordinary cat. His fur shimmered like silver moonlight, and his yellow eyes seemed to hold secrets from the stars. He lived with Professor Paws, a kind scientist who studied storms.

One rainy evening, the professor was working in his laboratory when Bolt wandered in, curious as always. A thick black cable stretched from the ceiling to a strange machine on the professor's desk.

"Bolt, come see this!" Professor Paws called, holding up a small orange bottle. "These are my new storm vitamins. They might help animals stay brave during thunder!"

Just then, a flash of lightning cracked outside. BOOM! The thunder rattled the windows. Bolt's ears flattened against his head. He didn't like storms one bit.

The laboratory lights flickered and went out. In the darkness, Bolt noticed something amazing—the black cable was glowing! A soft blue light pulsed through it, traveling upward toward the ceiling.

Bolt's curiosity took over. He followed the glowing cable with his paws, climbing up bookshelves and crawling across the professor's desk until he reached the ceiling. There, the cable connected to a small glass sphere.

Inside the sphere, tiny lightning bugs danced! Their light flowed through the cable, making it glow.

Professor Paws turned on his flashlight and gasped. "Bolt, you found it! My lightning bug collection powers the machine that makes storm vitamins! The bugs' calm light helps anxious pets."

Bolt purred proudly. He'd discovered something wonderful—what seemed scary (lightning and storms) could actually create something helpful (storm vitamins).

That night, Professor Paws gave Bolt the very first storm vitamin. It tasted like sweet berries. When the next thunderstorm came, Bolt didn't hide. Instead, he curled up on the windowsill, watching the lightning paint the sky with beautiful colors.

He wasn't scared anymore. Bolt knew that even scary things could hold magic and wonder, if you were brave enough to look closer.
