Barnaby and the Golden Pyramid
Barnaby was a small bull with a big heart. Unlike other bulls who loved to run and chase, Barnaby loved to explore. One sunny morning, he discovered something amazing behind the old oak tree—a shimmering golden pyramid no bigger than a shoebox.
When Barnaby nudged it with his nose, the pyramid glowed and suddenly grew tall as a tree! Inside sat a tiny goldfish in a magical bubble of water.
"Hello!" said the goldfish, whose name was Fin. "I've been waiting for a kind friend like you."
Fin explained that an evil sorcerer had stolen all the colors from the world, hiding them in different treasures. The pyramid was one of them.
"We need to find the others!" said Fin. "But I can't travel without water."
Barnaby had an idea. He carried Fin's bubble to the nearby pond, then they set off together. Along their journey, they faced challenges—a rushing river, a dark forest, and a steep mountain.
At the mountain's peak, they found a glowing orange fruit. When Fin touched it, the fruit burst with light, and streams of orange color flowed back into the world. Grass turned green again! Flowers bloomed in reds, purples, and yellows!
"Thank you," Fin said. "Bravery and friendship can restore even the darkest magic."
Together, they found all the hidden treasures. Each discovery brought back more colors and joy to the land.
When their adventure ended, Fin didn't have to leave. Using the pyramid's magic, the pond became Fin's new home, right next to Barnaby's favorite grazing spot.
And every evening, as the sun painted the sky orange, the little bull and his goldfish friend would sit together, watching colors dance across the clouds—proof that even the smallest friends can make the biggest difference.
